This harness has made a world of difference in helping my doberman get around when she suddenly lost use of her hind legs and was weak in the front left. I got the medium size as she measured that she could either a medium or large. The large would have been too big in the hind end but the medium fits well all over, except the leg straps. The leg straps don't fit her comfortably but she is very narrow behind.
