This harness is the ONLY system that worked for us. Truly a game changer and I can honestly say that it has improved not only his quality of life but mine as well. We can be in and out for potty breaks in under 10 minutes, and that includes the time to get him strapped in and down the ramp to the yard! Or he can keep me company in the garden for however long he wants to supervise. I don't like to think where we'd be if we hadn't found this harness. It has made all the difference in the world.

Well, I read the mixed reviews and decided to take a chance on this harness and I'm so glad I did. This thing works AWESOME. My 15 year old Goldie has severe hip dysplasia. I have a 15 year old dalmatian cattle dog mix who ended getting a bed sore on her back tarsal (elbow), right on the bone. It was in an area that we could not see and it got very bad before we realized it. It is an open wound. It was so bad that we could see white flesh, tendon/ligament. The vet has been tending this for 3 months. It is healing but very slowly. In the process our dog, Spotty Dotty, can not get up on her own. We started with just a towel lifting her, but she is so nasty she would go around in circles and we had very little control of her movements. This harness is absolutely wonderful. It is a life saver. She is in it all the time and once we get her up she can walk. We use the strap because she tries to bite us because she is so scared and angry about how she feels. The front harness allows us to direct her when she want to go in a direction she is not supposed to. Having both the front and back harness allows us to lift her up and place her in her bed so she is not putting pressure on the bed soar. I would recommend this product to everyone. It was less expensive than other types and it is washable. We did not use the leg straps because she is a female and if we did use the leg straps she would have peed on them. It work great without the leg straps. We also removed the plastic in the belly band because it was to stiff. Without the plastic the belly band is soft on her belly. GREAT GREAT PRODUCT A LIFE SAVER!!!!
