I purchased it about a month ago and have been wearing it almost daily with no issues. Only about 1/16 tsp of ashes fit, if that, but easy enough to fill as long as you get the fine powdery part.    Let me tell you this seller is AWESOME. I contacted them outside of the warranty due to a couple crystals falling out of my urn and literally within 4 days I was sent a replacement. Since my Mom passed I wear it everyday even in the shower. I think what happened is the liquid silver cleaner I was using must have loosened the setting bond, so I will only use a polishing cloth and for extra measure take it off when I get in water.
