It doesn't cure my stiff neck and shoulders instantly but it definitely provides temporary relief and I'm sure with time my neck/shoulder condition will improve. As I laid there the pain diminished and it felt like my neck muscles relaxed and felt better. After a few sessions I felt a gentle slide in my neck vertebrae. When I got up I felt "right."    For me, this was the answer to a long battle with pain and inflamation from numerous injuries over the years. some mornings being so bad I couldn't get out of bed. After the first time I used it, the results were amazing. For me, this was the answer. It's very comfortabe. Cradles the next which takes a lot of tension from the muscles in that alone. It works but you need to use it often and it doesn't feel great when you do. It helps in the long term. For my condition I use it 5 minutes once a day but my pain is extensive.

   Over the last few months I've been experiencing symptoms of occipital neuralgia that caused debilitating migraines. I've had neck pain for years, but this was a different animal. Based on where the pain was located, I decided this was worth a try, and I'm so glad I did. If I use it as soon as I begin to feel the pain in the back of my skull I can sometimes stop it immediately. Occasionally it takes several sessions, but eventually I'll get a solid crack and feel the pain release. I've been able to cut down on Tylenol/Advil/Excedrin which is definitely a good thing.    I was told a few years ago by a chiropractor I was seeing at the time about neck decompression and ways to achieve similar results as the machine they had me using. I haven't seen that chiropractor in years but never forgot some advice he gave me about stretching out my neck. When I came across this, I was really excited. Since getting this device, I try to use it pretty regularly and after continued use, I definitely notice a difference in my neck pain/discomfort. I use the more intense stretch and use it for about 10 minutes a day. I will keep using and see if these results are lasting.

Literally two days later, I don't have any discomfort anymore! I can feel it stretching out that side of my neck while laying on it. Slightly uncomfortable, but when I finish I stretch my neck and bam, feeling good!!! Highly recommend!
