   These little knobs are awesome for toddlers. My 17 months old loves it. I just offer him only 1 piece which is red one as it's easy for him to grip and handle. He does it with me. He is improving and learnt a lot. Green and yellow not for his age though but will use it in future as it has small knobs as well. Blue ones as well under supervision. His age can handle red ones and blue ones..

   Really neat toy. No two colors match other areas. The hardest color for my 2 almost 3 yr old to do was the yellow color. But he enjoyed the other colors. I'd recommend introducing 1 color at a time the mix 2 colors and work your way up. Really liked watching him problem solve and figuring this one out!!

My son was able to do them starting at 1.5 years old, will likely outgrow by 3 but that is only since he started so early with them. Perfect Montessori addition to out playroom.
