   The roll-on oils smell so good. Each scent is very pleasant and it truely works. My daughter has severe PTSD and anxiety and wow did this set help. Even the sleep one. All you have to do it put it on your wrist, behind your ear, back of neck or on your collar. When used on the collar remember it could stain as this is an oil. But if you buy it you won't be disappointed. A matter of fact I am ordering another set for my other daughter that has anxiety and autism.

   I decided to try these products because I've been having trouble sleeping and balancing out my emotions when awake. We homeschool so my kids are used to being home during the day, but with all that's happening with Covid-19 they are having trouble focusing so when I saw these blends I was happy to try them to help with the symptoms they described. I started using essential oils when I had my daughter (13 years ago). I have found essential oils can and often do help more than some medications and have such a wide range of uses. Some can be very expensive so the price of these is a great deal. I love the blends in each one and the roller is fantastic to take with and store in your purse, car, backpack etc... Over all I'm very pleased and luuuuuv these oil blends!!!! I'm also thinking they'd make wonderful gifts for friends and family.
