But it was only a little piece of plastic bubbles inside of a very weak box, not solid box. I got lucky it was ok, I would hate to be going to the return process for that. Otherwise I like very much the product. Looks very cute. I have not used it yet with back flow incense, but I am burning my regular ones. I give 5 stars for product. My packaging comments is hoping seller improves to void future returns.
