We received this set and we love it - not only are the pieces very attractive and well-made, but the board is so much larger and clearer than our previous set. I thought the price was also excellent. We are enjoying it as we try to improve our chess skills.

   Ordered this set for a couple reasons, first it's wood, second it's ability to store its own pieces. We received it quickly and according to schedule. After opening it I was blown away by its high quality look. The first board had a small blemish in one of the walnut inlay checkers. They were quick in sending me a replacement and got it two days later. The pieces look high quality and feel phenomenal as well. It is a good board and has good pieces. It feels good in the hands and would look good as a center peice. The quality exceedes the price point and was a phenomenal purchase. Would buy again

   Every attention to detail has been made here. The wood box that is both the board and the storage case for the pieces is nicely finished both inside and out. Inside is a soft lining with individual elastic straps to hold each piece in place. An excellent value for the price. Once purchased I was contacted by the owner of the company in an email to which he had attached the rules of chess. He also offered to replace any piece I should lose in the future. What more can you ask for?
