   I've added butternut squash with fettuccini in brown butter sauce to my regular dinner rotation (highly recommend). I've bought pre-cubed squash, but the cost is almost 3x that of buying a whole squash and the cubes can get a bit mealy inside the package. So I switched to whole squash, but I had a hard time peeling it with my standard peeler. Bought this guy and now peeling is a breeze and my squash is always fresh when I need it.
