Makes all the difference in the world at bath time. I cut the strap thing off, not a fan of that part. But it has enough tension to stay in place for the moment I need it to.

   My son kept getting ear infections and was always fussy when we tried to wash his hair while protecting his ears. He really didn't like water in his face either. We tried multiple items similar to this and even ear plugs. This was the only thing that actually worked and now he enjoys bathtime without any screaming! He is 13 months old and this completely goes over his ears and has no water in his face. You don't have to push hard to get it to suction either. Love this product!

My 2 year old hated getting his hair washed, it was a nightmare cause he would scream and never tilt his head it was awful, but then i bought this little thing and it has made bath time pleasant again, i can strap it on his head and just pour the water on and it doesn't get in his eyes at all or ears really.    My 3.5 year old daughter absolutely HATED washing her hair. She has long, thick, and curly hair so we have always struggled with anything regarding her hair. She fought and screamed bloody murder so loud I actually thought my neighbors might call cps. It was so bad that I think it really put a strain on our relationship with both of us feeling dread the entire day when we would be washing her hair that night. Like many reviews I read on this product, it took a while for us to get the hang of it and her pre bath anxiety to lessen, but we remind her how well it works and the push back is almost non existent now. Bath time is a breeze and its all because of this product

   We have had this product for about two months, and it has worked great for our toddler and preschooler. Washing their hair used to be a constant fight, because they both hated to have water in their faces, ears, and eyes. We tried lots of different things, from having them simply look up, to using towels over their eyes and ears, to even giving them goggles to use during the bath. None of it worked all that well, so we decided to try this product. To our surprise and delight, it has worked great! Both kids tolerate it fairly well (sometimes they don't want to use it and still don't want their hair washed, but that's normal for kids). The only thing is that you have to press a little hard to get a good seal. So you either have to brace them with one hand, or have them brace yourselves so they don't tip over (not a big problem for us, but for a littler baby it might be).

   My little one doesn't like water or soap running down the forehead or eyes. Bath time was getting both stressful for the child and parents until we tried the splash guard. It keeps water and soap away from the face and ears. Washing my child's head has gotten so easy. No more crying during baths and one less battle for parent to fight. Product is made out of sturdy but flexible plastic. The inner plastic lining is soft and is made to adjust to the shape of the head. So far it has retained its shape although I think it is best to store guard properly to retain shape and elasticity so that it fits each time it is used.

   I love it. I just have to push it up on her head so water doesn�t go through. Was hoping it�d stick better to her so I could use both my hands to wash hair. She has a hard time pushing it against her head hard enough for it to suction to her forehead so water doesn�t go through. She has tubes in her ears and this works PERFECT even tho I have to hold it against her it keeps the water out of her ears so good. Her ears are the main reason I bought it bc I wanted to be able to give her a bath without worrying about water getting into her ears

   One of my twins started crying very time it came time to rinse his hair. For a while he would allow me to lay him across my lap with his head over the tub while I rinsed his hair out with cups of water. For some reason, he no longer liked that and getting him to lean his head back was not happening. He was pretty apprehensive about letting me put this on him but once I pointed got it on I was able to rinse his hair pretty well. After a few days of me pointing out that there was no water in his eyes after I took this "hat" off he became less apprehensive about letting me put it on. There's a little bit of conditioner left on the hair just above his hair when I'm done but that's no big deal to me since I usually apply a leave in conditioner to his hair after washing anyway. Contrary to other reviews, the person doesn't need to tilt their head back for this to work. My son refuses to sit down in the bath or tilt his head back and this works fine. I just position the splash gaurd so that the handle is just below his hairline and it works fine.

   All of a sudden bath time became a nightmare for us. My daughter suddenly freaked out every time I tried to wash her hair. I was searching for a product that might help. This seems to make it a little bit better. Some baths are easier than others, but overall this product does what it's supposed to. Keeps the water out of a child's ears and eyes and helps make it as frustrating to wash their hair.
