   I purchased this product to address a slouching issue due to scoliosis. Put it on and noticed an immediate difference - pulled my shoulders back and eliminated my slouching. As noted in the instructions I will continue to wear the brace, working up from 20 minutes a day to an hour a day. I expect my muscle memory will be corrected to reduce or eliminate my slouching.

   Here's a trick if you have trouble adjusting it while wearing it: Put it on upside down so that you can easily reach the closing end of the velcro strap, and again, voila! Easy peasy to get the fit just right. From then on you can put it on any way you want. So, in sum, I LOVE this "Comfy Brace Posture Corrector Adjustable". It just took me a bit of fiddling to figure that out.

   I bought this because I could not find the one I had already for a year or so, and I'm so glad I did! The difference is this one has a little bit of stretch so you can wear it while doing housework etc and it won't hurt. The other brand I had did not stretch so my shoulders would feel pain if I was moving around too much. Not sure about longevity as I've only used a few times

For the folks who criticized this device for hurting in the armpits, well yes it will do that if it is worn improperly; and by that I mean that if you fight the device and slouch with it on, yes it's uncomfortable under the arms.
