I actually got tighter over time wearing them, improving my posture even without the upper brace. I don't think this is the ideal solution for people with poor posture - weightlifting exercises for the chest and upper/lower back are the best solution - but for those who don't have the time or means to achieve it. . that. gym, this is an affordable alternative.

I had my MRI after wearing this product for about a month. Apparently, my bursitis is a side effect of something else. :( I usually wear it over my clothes due to highly sensitive skin. It's worth the money to at least try it for yourself. We are all different. You won't know if it'll help unless you try it!
