   Surprisingly good at relieving stiffness and some pain from arthritic knee. I like the vibration feature combined with the heating. While the manufacturer provided extension Velcro for those of us with stout legs, the Velcro extension is rather stiff and can cause some irritation when used. Replaced with a softer Velcro on my own. However, the unit is extremely well made, does a great job, and is a winner in my opinion.

   This was a gift to my boyfriend who has terrible joints. He goes to the chiropractor about once a month but said this was perfect for in between appointments. The heat setting was great. The highest was to hot for him but the middle setting was perfect, the vibration was relieving and all the settings worked great, and he liked that it had infrared because his chiro also uses it.
