   I love how easy and versatile this product is. I was worried about the plastic, but I've run quite a few potatoes through it and haven't seen any signs of wear. The blade grid changes out quickly and easily, and the device stows back in its box easily if that's your preference. I use it to make cubed potatoes for breakfast skillets almost weekly. I can choose large or small cubes with ease. I've made fries too and that's very easy also. I'm quite happy with this slicer!

   Works well, takes a little arm muscles to do the sweet potato but it does cut sweet potatos into nice even fries. The quality is not bad at all when cutting sweet potatoes it flexes the blades a little but so far no problems. The price is right and it's not very big and won't take up much space in your kitchen.
