I find this foot massager excellent - the heat is very gentle and soothing and there are 2 speeds for the massage with 3 sets of rotating nodules for each foot. It switches itself off after 15 mins so I use it on the faster speed for 15 mins then switch on again at the slower speed for the last 15 mins. I find it very relaxing and calming not just for the feet but for the whole body. The added bonus is the mesh cover unzips for washing so it hygienic. Highly recommended product.
