It's very relaxing and really helps the muscles loosen up some. My husband was upset it didn't actually massage the legs. It's just filling with air and then releasing the air and filling again. I knew what it was going to do but he had higher expectations for a actual massage. I enjoy using it. My husband uses it. And our kids use it. The plug in on the remote does not stay well. Even the smallest movement pulls out the cord. So get comfortable and stay still for the 20 minutes it runs. I love it though. Works for what I bought it for.
