   Just got this today, I've been working out, a lot of leg exercises and I needed something more intense than a massage gun. Even at the highest intensity I wish it were higher, but I'm also someone that doesn't think it's a massage unless it's deep. I saw 20 minutes per session but it doesn't say how many session I can do in a day. It's easy to use. Idk why some have said chords aren't long, I think they're perfect size when you're just sitting. I also looove that there's a thigh option.

On the leg massager it has an option to use heat and it is amazing. You can use this just laying down while relaxing, watching tv, reading, etc. I even use it while I'm working. My son plays basketball and is always sore, after practice and games he uses it and it really helps with leg pain and soreness. This leg massager also has a compression tool, which is wonderful and can help improve many conditions. You can also change the massage modes and the compression mode. I got this for my mother whom is diabetic, she has low circulation in her feet, she struggles to sleep at night because her feet cause her pain or would just feel numb.
