The light will turn green when it is fully charged. I haven't had to charge it again so far. It has been over 2 weeks. I haven't used it in the shower yet. It says you can get it wet. I just like using it when I am watching TV. It also feels good when you have a headache. It is easy to hold and fits perfectly in your hand.
