   I have another eye cream massager and it only does heat. This one has cooling with a blue LED, heat with a red LED, and both options can be used with or without heat. I prefer heat and use the warm/red LED with vibration. It really seems to help my eye cream sink in. The warm gets quite warm and each temp only take a minute or 2 to achieve. Unless you're switching from hot to cold mode or vice versa. Then it takes longer. There's a cap that snaps on securely so it's easy to keep the tool sanitary or travel with it. It hold a charge well. I've had it a few weeks, using almost every day and still haven't charged it. It's heavy for a small tool. It's about as big around as a standard size lipstick but maybe as long as 2. It feels solid and I've dropped it on carpet a couple times with no issues. Definitely recommend. I don't feel like I need to test another eye massager. This has everything I need.

Unfortunately by the time it did heat up my face serum already penetrated my skin. So the following time, I turned on this device while washing my face, dried it, and then I applied the serum and followed up with this facial massager.
