With this on it reminds me to be careful and offers additional support when lifting. I have seen an improvement with my pain level to where I do not need to where the brace everyday. Comfortable fit.

   I've bought a lot of arm braces for my tennis elbow/golfer's elbow (I have both). They tend to distort after a short while or not provide a lot of support. These let me do some small workouts without feeling pain afterwards. I wouldn't wear them for too long because they're really strong on the compression. They're still comfortable to wear, and I would recommend!

   I was worried about the low price, but I tried more expensive ones out there and they were not nearly as good!! I have tendinitis and it is aggravated when I lift at the gym. This sleeve works great and has actually reduced my day to day discomfort. I wear it when I am at the gym, especially arms day, and I notice a significant reduction to the stress on my elbow. The only “negative”, and remember this is my laziness, is the Velcro hook end will pull and fray the rest of the sleeve if you do not store it properly, but since you get 2 in a pack, it isn't that big a deal.

I read another review that said order one size up I shouldn't have done that I should have ordered the size I was gonna order. But it's still great I really love it . Depending on part that's hurting I can adjust the elastic strap for the area giving it relief
