Discomfort and callouses pushed me to ask around at my CrossFit gym and these got recommendations. I was on the line between small & medium so purchased medium.    I have always stayed away from grips because of how bulky they were between my hands and the bar. However training for workouts like the murph I was prohibited because of tearing of my hands. I ordered these and they literally have changed everything on my pull ups and toes to bar. I can now do double the reps and the grip is strong but thin so it doesn't affect my grip like other grips I have tried in the past. I love this product! It's one of those products that truly enhances your ability!

   Very nice grips. They seem to hold up decent. Only thing that I didn't like is that I use their chart to find the right size for me. I followed the instructions and ordered the right size but they seem to be little bit to short if you are used to do pull-ups with a bar pocket like the picture I posted. With that being said they still work great if you take your fingers out of the holes and just use them straight.

   These were a lifesaver for my hands. I just started crossfit & I did not have anything to protect my hands when doing exercises that involved bars or lifting. The powder at the gym is just not enough. On my second week, I broke skin pretty bad & I knew I needed something more than just powder. These grips were recommended to me by friends & they have been an amazing purchase. Granted, I'm not anywhere near some of these other crossfitters when it comes to lifting so I'm not sure what the wear & tear time are on these just yet. However, I've been using them at least 3 times a week for the past month & they have been holding up perfectly for me. I would definitely recommend these.

   I just ordered my second pair only because I accidentally left my last ones at a gym I visited. I have been using the same pair for 4+ years and wouldn't have replaced them yet had I not lost them. Excellent quality, does the job protecting my sweaty, fragile hands. Sad to have to break in another pair as it takes a bit, but hey 4 years was a long run with the last ones. Would 100% recommend!
