   I was skeptical when I first received this whistle and tried it out because my dog didn't even look up when I blew it. But after reading the instructions that came with it I learned I needed to adjust it to find the right frequency for my dog. After a few tries I found the one that made him perk up. It took about 2 weeks of consistently using the whistle for specific commands I wanted him to follow before he finally got it. I'm glad I didn't just give up after the first couple tries because now I love this thing. My advice is don't buy this whistle thinking your dog will instantly start doing what you want him to do. It definitely takes time and patience but it pays off in the end.

   This training whistle is definitely helping me train my dog. Within a short time (5 days) my dog is following different commands. The instructions that were included helped alot. Before, he would just ignore me, but now when he hears the whistle he perks up and pays attention. I also use treats when he completes a task correctly which I think helps. I'm glad I bought this and am very satisfied with how it works. I am telling all my friends and family who have a dog about this product.
