   I must say, I was very skeptical about this yoga mat. I had read complaints that it was slippery, arriving and looked used, etc. My mat arrived in new condition with no overwhelming smell, just the normal "new" smell. I left it out overnight to allow it to relax. The design, thickness and color matched the description. I haven't had any traction issues during my yoga practice. I honestly have no complaints about this mat. It really seems durable. Obviously if I let my cat get near it with her sharpened talons, it might not last long. But then, that's on me. Love it!

   This is my second mat from this brand (I last one was left at a studio and I never got it back). I had my first one for over a year and it still looked brand new. I love the designs, definitely stands out. Comfy especially on my wrists. And easy to clean. I throw mine in the shower and spray it down and the mat doesnt peel or fade. Highly recommend!

I previously had a mat that would slip and slide throughout exercising. This mat stays in place and doesn't stretch out life taffy. It isn't overly thick but it still is comfortable. I used it once for napping and it made the hard ground comfortable. Overall, thos has been a great mat.
