   I found it worked immediately to pull my shoulders back and down which reduced the slumping my wife can't stand. I was always being corrected to not stand like a "turtle" slumping at the shoulders. Since first putting on I have been standing naturally very erect and comfortably and no correcting needed by my wife any longer. The other day while jogging my wife actually commented for the first time in a long time that my posture was very erect, without having the harness even on. I find it very comfortable and really makes me aware of the correct shoulder position, without feeling forced. I am 72 and erect posture was getting away from me, but this is getting me back to a more youthful look. I am a size 40 chest and needed no adjusting right out of the package. It also fits my wife, with a small frame and 5'2" We are ordering her one as well since she liked the one I have so much. Her posture is good but she feels it takes the strain off her back when wearing it. Very happy with product effectiveness, quality and price.

   I was pretty skeptical about this product. But after using it for literally 12 hours, my skepticism has gone away. I've been very active and kept my body in decent shape for all my life, but since the pandemic and lockdown has happened , I have changed to remote working from home and sitting at my desk all day has created bad posture for me. Insto-facto mid back pain has kicked in and it's hurt pretty good and made sleeping difficult, not to mention hurt my pride as I have always thought I'd never let myself fall into the bad-back category. Nevertheless I read reviews on this super affordable product and gave it a shot and you can tell how quickly it changes your posture, not only when standing, but while sitting in front of a computer while working.    I have a herniated T4 and aggravated an old injury that left me bedridden for a week with thoracic nerve damage. I could not remain upright for more than 15 seconds at a time and could not lift my arms or walk on my heels without triggering awful, fiery pain in my chest, under my arm, and on my spine. I ordered this product in a panic without knowing much of whether it would work for thoracic hernias/nerve damage.
   
   I put it on and it was like magic - like the past week confined to my bed never happened. I got up and did the dishes. I stayed up and about for nearly thirty minutes without a single wince. I am still sore and can still tell that I have healing to experience (I will not be doing anything more active than doing the dishes for a very long time), but this product made pain that was off the charts and entirely debilitating disappear in seconds.
   
   If you have a thoracic hernia or nerve damage to that region, I highly suggest giving this a try. I am truly amazed. I don't really understand all the issues people have in the Q&As. I ordered this product because I needed it and it could be from satan's armpits; it works and I am forever grateful. Best 20 bucks I have ever spent on myself.

   This is my third posture corrector and by far my favorite! I love that the material on the inside of the shoulder straps is cushioned and softer on the skin. The piece that goes down the middle of your back is thicker than some of the others I've tried so it provides more support, and the ability to adjust the Velcro on the back allows for a proper fit. My biggest tip is to make sure the shoulder strap in the back go below the shoulder blades (as shown in the third photo.) The last two posture correctors I tried did not go tight enough for my petite shoulders. I gave it 4 stars for comfort and pain because it can be a little irritating in the front cutting into the underarms but the brace itself is comfortable, I gave it 4 stars for pain relief because even though it does provide relief from poor posture pain, if your posture is as bad as mine wearing the brace can cause some nerve pain in the upper back between the shoulder blades due to our bodies not being used to correct posture. I presume that discomfort will fade as I grow accustomed to correct posture. 10/10 recommend this brand!

   It does a great job to retrain you on proper posture. It is very easy to setup, very easy to use, and once you've created the habit, it's a nice part of a daily routine. I wasn't sure what to think of these posture correctors, but I like it so far. It's discreet and easy to wear under your shirt. I really do feel like my posture is better. I was a bit worried at first that this would be uncomfortable to wear, but over the past few weeks I have worn it, it's been comfortable and has made my posture much better leading to my back and neck feeling better. At first there is some discomfort around the armpit area (more of an annoyance than a pain), but it's not bad and you get used to it. I do have very broad shoulders and a larger chest and it fits fine. There is velcro which can be tightened or loosened to fit individual needs, making it one size fits all. It's washable, folds easily and doesn't take up much space for traveling. So far so good. It really does work!

   I like this posture corrector for a gentle posture cue. If I get into a large slump, then the device provides a comfortable cue to change postures. I mainly use it for some light support while on my laptop or with doing dishes. I am rather narorw through my shoulders, so even on the tightest setting it doesn't restrict very much motion; however, that isn't really what I particularly was looking for. I only wear it for maybe 20 minutes at a time. This posture corrector is comfortable to wear enough all day. However, with prolonged exposure out bodies adapt to stimuli; and getting used to the cue can make it less effective. Also, use of bracing can make muscles weak because they rely on the brace to do the job (although for me, the brace doesn't really provide a high level of physical support, though it may for someone larger). Therefore, I purposely restrict the amount of time I use this brace.
