   I work eight to 10 hours a day sitting at a desk and recently experienced back and neck pain. My doctor suggested that I work on my posture. Not knowing how to do that on my own, I turned toward Amazon!
   I'm a simple man, and like how Truweo has simplified the posture corrector. I looked at competitors and, while they had nice features, they were missing the one thing I wanted the most: Velcro straps.
   A relative has a posture corrector, and I tested hers for a week and enjoyed it for the most part, but couldn't stand how I had to adjust the straps throughout the day.
   That's simply not the case with Truweo's posture corrector. Because of the Velcro straps, you feel safe and secure at all times while wearing it, and best of all? No adjusting throughout the day!
   Now, those eight to 10 hour days at the desk aren't so bad, because the Truweo posture corrector reminds me to maintain good posture, so I simply wear the posture corrector and combine that with getting up and walking around for at least five minutes every 60 minutes.
   And I've worn the posture corrector for a week and have trained my body to sit and stand up straight, so I'm getting to the point where I no longer need it! Of course, individual results may vary.
   I'm pleased with this product and would recommend it if you need to retrain your brain to sit and stand properly!

   I would like to clarify why I gave it overall 5 stars yet only gave it 4 for each category.
   It says universal size so if you'd like to know the smallest it will go and it's questionable if it's too big or not... my measurements are 5'5 and 108#. It's comfortable so I like it but it's minimized and velcroed as tight as it'll possibly go and it's only a little "snug" on me. It's so comfortable even if it's a little too big, that I know everyone else in my family will love it. Mom called as soon as she got it and agreed my brother needs one asap because he's building a new house and his back is already so tired and hunched after work. He'll LOVE this.
   Dad is retired but seems to be more active and feeling some back pain. No doubt he'll love this to keep him from hunching over while he's fishing or tinkering around the farm! They come with extender straps and let me tell you, it'll get BIG so if you're tall or have more to love, their straps will extend enough to love all you have to offer.
   I'd say, "I'd buy it again" but I'll buy it at least 5 more times before the year is over. Really great

   This product was a good buy, due to my poor posture due to working infront of a computer and walking with a slouch. Sometimes you forget how your posture is and get used to walking with a slouch.
   
   This product makes it easier for you to naturally sit up straight, or walk with your chest out. You put on this product like you would a backpack, and it basically pulls your shoulders back, naturally forcing you to not slouch.
   
   For some people, depending on body size, putting it on and then adjusting the straps to where it is most comfortable is ideal, but for people with a bigger torso like me, you would have to adjust the Velcro to what you think your size and by trial and error, put it on, take it off, readjust, put on, take off and readjust again until the fitting is perfect.
   
   I gave 5 stars for pain relief is because the posture corrector naturally pulls my shoulder back, so it doesn't put a strain on my back, like when slouch. I gave 5 stars for support because it makes it feel very natural to sit up straight and not slouch while wearing it. I only gave 4 stars for comfort because of the difficulty it takes to put on and adjust to your perfect fit, and at least for me, it took some getting used to wearing for a long period of time. For the first few times, I had to take it off after about 10 minutes cause it was getting uncomfortable.

I am a very smart well rounded late 30 year old. I am super tiny, 5'3" 100 pounds and in very good health. Some how I came across this product and am very grateful. My first attempt at correcting my posture was talking to a doctor that told me to remember to stand/sit up straight, that didn't work. Then someone told me about something that I believe was supposed to shock you to stand up straight, and Im all for a good shock treatment to fix my posture but it was meant to "stick" to your back which seemed like it was just going to fall off, and it wasn't exactly cheap. Then I came across this on a facebook post. It's super comfortable and while I am experiencing some pain, its the pain of remembering to sit up straight, the pain is from being in poor posture! This pain to me is the equivalent of workout pain. I think what shocks me the most about this is that I feel its working even when its not on, and when it's on I barely notice it. I am not a doctor but come from a family of nurses and as far as what this does I believe it is working, or at the very least not causing any additional issues and for me that is a win! My only regret is not finding this sooner!

   I just got this product and started using it. The packaging was minimal, which I appreciate, and it was easy for me to figure out how to put it on without looking at the instructional photos, but those seem clear as well. I immediately could tell the difference in my posture and had no idea I hunch as much as I do. I work at a computer all day and take 5-6 fitness or yoga classes each week so my shoulders are very tight. I'm hoping the Posture Corrector will help eliminate some of the tightness and ultimately lessen the periodic pain I have in my neck and shoulders.
   For the first day, the product is pretty comfortable and I feel like after the first 10m or so I started not to notice I was wearing it and it seems that I'm sitting more ergonomically correct at my desk. I gave 4 of 5 stars on the pain relief because being the first day, I don't know if it'll provide long-term pain relief but I'm hopeful. The 4 of 5 stars on the comfort are primarily because my posture needs improvement and so it's not super comfortable to wear at first but I'm already getting used to it so I think it'll improve. The support is definitely there. All around, this product seems sturdy and well made, it's simple to use, and it has me very hopeful for posture improvement.

   If you're looking to correct your posture I highly recommend purchasing a back support like this one! I've struggled with rounded shoulders and improper posture for a while and decided that now would be a good time to fix it (quarantine and all). I browsed Amazon's products and found this one to be highly rated and gave it a shot. After just one day of wear, i noticed a dramatic difference and it made me realize just how poor my posture really was! I tried shoulder and back stretches to try to improve my posture previously, but the support you get from this brace really helps you maintain and keep your posture in check. After about a week of wearing it for a couple of hours a day, I've noticed that i stand taller and i no longer have uncomfortable shoulder and back pain that i used to struggle with. It's adjustable for all sizes and comfortable to wear! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I noticed that the hem that hold the tip of the Velcro part was ripped within 1 day of wear, so I'm not sure how long the product would hold up after continued wear but so far, it still works perfect great and i have no other cons aside from that. Highly recommend! Your posture will thank you.

   Growing up playing a lot of video games and playing on the computer, I've developed a poor posture into adulthood. This thing definitely helps give a natural pose while wearing, and for a while after taking it off. I haven't worn any other posture correctors, so I can't compare, but this seems to be a satisfactory product.
   I assumed I'd be able to wear this for a majority of my day driving full-time. After making efforts to try to get to 15-minute sessions wearing this, I don't see that happening. These things are quite uncomfortable on the underarms, but they do the job. A back brace may help further.
   
   I gave 4 stars for pain relief because it doesn't really reduce my pain much since it is primarily in my lower back. 4 Stars for support because once I've gotten used to it and have broken it in a little, it will allow me to curve my shoulders forward some if I'm not consciously keeping in mind not to put too much pressure on it. 5 Stars for comfort even though it isn't comfortable under the arms for the most part, from what I've seen of other correctors online these seem to have good padding.

   I've only had this for a few days, but I can already tell this is going to make a huge difference. I've had lower back problems for years, to compensate for my lower back I have messed up my mid-back and neck. I slump constantly to relieve the pressure of my nerves, and now I have spinal pain and knotted muscles that amaze even my massage therapist. This is going to give me the relief I've been looking for. You start out wearing it for 15 minutes a day, the first time I put it on and was forced to sit correctly I could tell, I should have done this a long time ago. It has made me soar, it's for training your muscles after all.
   
   The only downside is that I will not be able to tighten it any down the line when I will need to. I have the shoulder straps as short as they will go. Even now, I wish I had just a smidge more tightness around the shoulders. I did get the smallest size. However, I don't see this as a problem in accomplishing what it is meant to do.

   I have had pain in my back due to a bad fall since 2004. I was also told this year that I have scoliosis. My posture has been bad most of my life. Since the accident It has intensified. I used a lumbar support prescribed by my doctor. It tended to roll down and be very uncomfortable. I've been looking for something that would fit me since I'm 4'10. Most of the back supports are too long. I always thought that a gun holster looked like it might be good support. (No gun of course.) I found this posture corrector on Amazon. The price was right so I felt I didn't have anything to lose. I've used it for 2 months. The first time I put it on it was kind of uncomfortable because it was new to me and the back strap tended to rise. I had tighten it too much. Now I use it looser and it supports my posture very well. At first I tested it out for a couple hours. The next time I put it on I forgot I had it on and I felt good all day. I like to sew and belong to a group. We siit at our machines for hours at a time. I find that I can attend more often. I have not worn it under my clothes yet because I like the option to take it off if it gets uncomfortable. I haven't had to lately all day. I think this is the best thing that I've gotten in all the years of my pain. I have recommended to others. I would buy again.
