It's tricky to put on yourself at 1st after you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. Hint: roll it up like an ace bandage unrolling and tightening as you go.

To my surprise, this strap provides wonderful comfort and the groin pain is gradually getting better. I don't think the groin would have healed without some assistance like this.

   I've tried 5 or 6 other products and none of them give the support and relief that this strap does. Really holds in place well, especially if you wear it under compression shorts. With the help this gave, I was able to make my annual snow skiing trip, even though I've got a tear that hadn't quite healed. Without the strap I was ready for an ice pack at the end of even short workouts. Now I can finish a good workout without pain or swelling. It's also slim enough that I can wear it all day under a pair of slacks if needed. Great product and I'll use it every day until I can get through surgery for a real repair.

It offers compression for my muscles when I play (although it does leave a mark and sometimes bloody one), and it helps me with icing after the game. I just put an ice pack over my muscle, and wrap it with this strap. It's very simple, and it dries fast. Overall, I find myself using this strap quite often because it's so easy to use.

This time i bought a PAIR of these because i popped the other groin while favoring the injured one the last time also. Ive been wearing one on each groin muscle for almost the entire season now. Only sat out the initial week. They compress as tight or as loose as you like and STAY in place every game, all game...these are a god send. First game back i felt the groin try to pull again but the sleeve held it down....pretty much healed now but i wear them regardless

   I am 58 years old and decided to take uo tennis. During my beginners lesson I tore my thigh muscles. The whole inner thigh was bruised from the bleeding caused by the muscle tear. I used the compression thigh wrap to help with my rehab. It worked great. It eased the pain of walking. I am back to taking tennis lessons again and have been wearing the thigh wrap whenever I play. I haven't had a problem since I started using the wrap. I bought a second wrap for my other thigh just prevent an injury.
