   I really struggled during summer in the heat and couldn't sleep at all. My Mum recommended this and its the best thing I could have purchased, it really helped and let me sleep again. I don't know how it works but it cools you down straight away when you lay on it and its not uncomfortable at all, gives such a lovely feeling and I swear by mine. Wish I had got it earlier.

   Great for cooling you on hot nights and helps you sleep, does reach body temp in about 5 minutes but cools down in a couple of minutes when left. As an added bonus I suffer constantly from leg cramps at night and the cool pillow helps greatly with releaving the pain.
