   These exercise bands are perfect for travelling. The included bag holds the whole set easily. They are strong enough to get a good workout, especially because hotel gyms are closed due to COVID-19. The door jamb attachment is very secure. I used this on hotel room doors without problems. One note is to make sure the strap is close to the door hinges. Noticed substantial flex the top of the door while I was straining to stretch the entire 100lbs. This is described in the manual/exercise guide that I failed to read until looking at it for this review. The handles and ankle straps were comfortable and felt very secure. The bands did have a strong rubber odor when I first unboxed them. Not an issue for me but may be for some.

It has different weighted resistance band that can be used by other members in family. It's compact and comes in a pouch that adds versatility to it and can easily carried wuth during travel.I am.so happy with the purchase and very excited to get my rhythm back for my whole body workout.

   The resistance band set comes in handy for full body workouts when you need an alternative to dumbbells. I like how each band is color coded and also labeled with its weight level. I have confidence in these bands that they will last and won't snap. I do wish that the clips at the end of each band were a little bigger so you could clip the attachments easier, however its not a problem. So far I'm impressed and have gotten a really good workout with them.

   I dont have any negatives about these bands.I was maimed in a work accident a few years back, employer at fault, but even after a court settlement and paying lawyers there wasnt even enough left over for the crappy gym, let alone the 9 months physical therapy that was ordered. And after trying out a few different brands, being injured by two that instantly snapped on first use, I can honestly say these resistance bands are great! They are easy to use and you can take them anywhere. They dont break on the first use and I love how everything is labeled and comes with its own bag.

   I bought these bands for myself, I have only tried the 10 pounds ones resistance band because I had back surgery and don't want to overdo it just yet. I will gradually try the other ones, as the stretchy ones, not yet because I can't bend as I need it to do the exercise correctly. I think they are great at least for me because I can't see myself paying Gym fees only to do a few exercises for a very short period of time. It comes with a booklet that has exercise, how to do them and where to put the string on the door hinges for different exercises. I am going to enjoy the bands.

I never heard back from them.Three weeks later the manufacturer contacted me and said the distributor had not informed them of the problem.    These work really well with boxing and shooting type games in virtual reality. I use them with Thrill of the Fight and Pistol Whip/Audica and they really make it all a much more intense, core-engaging workout.As others have said, the waist strap is not very long. Any waist size above a 34 would need some kind of extension for the belt to tighten securely.One suggestion I have for the seller/manufacturer is to make the top/bottom bands different colors, as sometimes I accidentally mix them up while putting them on.
