   This set has more of a therapeutic feel and allows a full range of motion. I am able to perform all upper and lower body exercises that I want and find the feel of this set to be more friendly. It comes with hand attachments and leg attachments that snap on and off in a few seconds, so you can move from on exercise to another quickly, travel bag but I just keep mine behind the door. They also loop bands for other exercises. All in All I'm very pleased with this set and would recommend it. These will be an important part of my workout routine.

   Low resistance at 10 lb or stacking multiple bands up to 150lbs. The door jamb attachment is very secure. I used this on hotel room doors without problems. One note is to make sure the strap is close to the door hinges. Noticed substantial flex the top of the door while I was straining to stretch the entire 150lbs. This is described in the manual/exercise guide that I failed to read until looking at it for this review. The handles and ankle straps were comfortable and felt very secure. The bands did have a strong rubber odor when I first unboxed them. Not an issue for me but may be for some.

The bands are color coded for easy use and are different strengths so you can build upon your exercise routine with more resistance. They have heavy duty Velcro straps that make attaching them to a sturdy structure very convenient and safe. I LOVE the little stretchy leg bands they each have 5 exercise recommendations with easy to follow diagrams printed right in the band so you have lots of options if youre a beginner.
