   I unboxed the shaver. Flipped it open took the guards off and quickly removed all backhair. Took a minute to get the hang of it but as soon as I figured out the technique that worked best for me of light slower short strokes it was great. I was skeptical about shaving dry for obvious reasons but it was fine. I did have some irritation , small scratches but if I had taken more time I think I could have avoided it. I only used dry so I'm not sure about in the shower or with saving cream. But it did its job well and I'm sure it will be great when I need to use it again.

   I've been a non-competitive bodybuilder for most of my life and have shaved for over 30 years. So the hair on my back is a bit of a nuisance. It was painful to let my wife shave it with a couple of trimmers. Well, this three-tongued dog did the job. The back of the razor may have a foaming effect, but not with thicker "lotion" shaving creams. If gel is deposited between the hands, then put a small rubber "nib" in, it may spread. I just use a special "lotion" to re-grow the "brush/foam".

   I purchased this about a month ago. I just used this. I didn't do this with a wet body. I sat down on our home gym mat flooring and tried it. I'm amazed at how well this work. Dry and without a mirror, I was able to get most of my back hair completely off. I look human again

   I think it works best for us normal dads or guys that aren't bodybuilders. Sorry but that's just the way it is. If you're more round or don't have very defined muscles in your back it's just easy to use. I liked using both dry and in shower. I am going to keep using it. You might help in some areas if you want to get it done faster.

   I had my reservations on this product because it looked like it could eat you alive and my son had the same reservations. I swear I didn't get drunk by a national forest but my kiddo is one hairy kid. We needed something that he could use for his back that would not upset his skin and that he could use without a mirror or help from someone else. This gives him the perfect amount of Independence and clean baby soft skin he loves it. And I don't have to worry about him being put down with a silver bullet when he takes his shirt off on a date.

   I wasn't quite sure about how this trimmer would work but I am happy to report it works perfectly for me! I had used razors but they took for ever to get hair off and needed multiple passes. Then I found an electric trimmer and it worked ok but tended to hurt a bit when my hair was longer.

   This was so awesome to use. First time out I did knick a small area but that was it. I have a mangroomer as well but that will probably not see the light of day now. Bakblade worked really well and was way faster. Reaching a couple of areas was a little difficult but if you have an amazing partner who can give it the once over, you're all set. If you're hesitating, don't! Great product!
