   I love the concept and after installation, it worked like magic! It was very effective for my 4 year old! BUT after about 2 weeks, it stopped turning on. My husband and I took it apart and tried to figure out what was wrong. We tried taking the batteries out, replacing the batteries, etc. In the end, we determined that something was off in the battery compartment. When the backing was clicked into place, the batteries were moved into a position where they didn’t connect properly with the device. The batteries are good, there is just some sort of misalignment when the back is on. The product works without the back on, but then you can’t mount it. My video probably explains it better than this review. I’m really bummed. I want to reorder, but I also don’t want to flush money down the toilet (pun intended).

   Since then I received a random box in the mail from Toddler target. They had read my review and sent me not only one, but two new units and apologized for the inconvenience! This wasn't just a typical auto response either, it was personalized to my specific issue and written by the president of the company. Just that alone is worth 5 stars and shows they are a caring and amazing company. We didn't even contact them and I was just going to use the one I had and replace the batteries everyday. But I did reinstall one of the new ones and it works amazing. The target is very bright, my 3 year old son loves aiming and hitting the target. I do not have a issue of it stabbing me in the back when going to the bathroom and I consider myself to be larger. When I have my mom's group come over all the other children love it as well even the girls when they go! As a funny side note, even my husband and his friends love it too lol This is definitely worth the price you pay, its a fantastic product and its actually a company that cares about their customers!

   Toddler Target has also helped our older male friends that visit our house to find the center of the toilet bowl so I no longer find pee on the floor. Our 6-year-old grandson told me it has helped him no longer pee on or outside of the toilet. It has reduced the amount of time I spend cleaning the toilet and the floor in the bathroom. I have bought 6 and have given them to our grandchildren and some of our friends. Whoever came up with this device is brilliant and a genius!
