   Purchased this as a desperate attempt to get some sleep! I was very sceptical - how could this possibly work? But it really does! My husband wears it every night. It hasn't stopped him snoring completely - although some nights it does - but it's MUCH quieter and doesn't get through my earplugs at all now. If he forgets to put it on, he is back to sounding like a buzz saw within minutes of falling asleep. Amazing product.

   So far so good. Although it hasn't stopped her completely it has reduced the decibels from around "hydraulic jack" to "dog snore". It does leave a blue mark on her finger which she is a bit miffed about BUT the ring is allowing us to sleep in the same room and me to be less grumpy as I'm getting more than 3 hours of sleep per night. Definitely worth a try.

   As of right now, tonight will be the 3rd night of wearing it. I'm not 100% sure if it is actually stopping my snoring but my boyfriend has said that he is getting sleep finally! I love this product! It's nice to not have to wear nose strips or a mouthguard that makes it slightly difficult for me to sleep. I also feel like im sleeping more through the night instead of waking up every other hour.
