So I went to search for an alternative, and little did I know that this simple metal ring will actually work!! During a whole night, I may snore gently for up to 2 minutes max with this ring, and that's a HUGE change for me. I recommend to anyone who snores at night to try this ring. It's worth every dime. Just make sure to order the right size, I think that most people will need the Large size. It's worn on the little finger of the right hand for men, and left hand for women. 5 stars from me.

Not only does my husband now have a better night's sleep without my snuffling next to him, but I feel far more refreshed each morning (and I didn't know that I wasn't getting a good night's sleep!). I've worn the ring for about 2-3 weeks now every night, and my husband reports that it's worked each night. Then disaster, I put it somewhere safe yesterday and have mislaid it. I slept without it last night, and woke to a very grumpy husband really cheesed off that my snoring had kept him awake. So it really does work, is comfortable to wear.    I had my doubts that this could possibly work, but it did. The first morning after wearing it my husband said he thought I had died in the night because I was so quiet! One side effect is dizziness the next day for a few days, but it wears off and I don't get dizzy at all now. I wear it 6 nights a week so I get a break from it, and have been wearing it for 5 weeks so far and it is still working (fingers crossed it continues). Would recommend as it is better than sticking things up your nose or in your mouth.

I was gutted when after two nights it had made no difference but read the leaflet again to make sure it was being used correctly. As per the instructions I tried it on his left hand instead. Result! Snored for about 5-10 mins as he dropped off then nothing! Bliss! We use it every night and he's getting more sleep too as not being intermittently prodded all night.

It has made a marked difference to my husbands snoring, he is snoring less and when he does its not as loud. You must measure your finger correctly to get the right size and wear it as per instructions and for best results remember to put it on half hour before bedtime, but it will still work if you forget.    Believe me this works! It is worth every penny. My husband and I can sleep in the same bed again. Can one be designed for the dog? My husband has no fears of sharing a caravan with me again. It's amazing that something so small can do so much good. I have had a copper one in the past which I lost and quite frankly did not like because of the constant black mark I had on my finger. This one is brilliant and I would recommend that everyone who snores tries it.
