   These are the second one's I've bought. I do like them a lot. I've done some research as to why I breathe so heavy when sleeping and I think it's because the inside of my nostrils swells up just a little thus narrowing the path to my lungs. These just open my nostrils up enough so that I breathe easily and get in a good amount of air. I'm super sensitive to having anything new in or on me when I sleep, but these don't bother me in the least. Maybe it is because I'm breathing so much better. They are comfortable, inserting just inside the nares. I also don't look like an alien creature with all kinds of apparatus on my face or in my mouth or up my nose.

   I have had difficulty breathing through my nose my entire life. The problem is helped by nasal steroids, but even they don't keep the passages open while lying down. I found it and have been sleeping and breathing far better ever since. It has changed my life. The inserts are easy to use and get the job done. It takes just a little getting used to and occasionally falls out, but I am telling you this is the single best product I have ever used in terms of drugs or other products for opening my nasal passages. I will be using these the rest of my life as long as the company stays in business.
