   I've used this product several years for nighttime nasal stuffiness, and when I couldn't find them any more I was panicking. They helped me so much without having to use nasal spray. Then I found them and bought a few because they do eventually break after years of use. You can feel it when it is initially inserted into the nostril but soon get used to it. I can sleep so much better when I can breathe freely through nose.

   It does the exact same thing those breathe right strips do, but without having to buy a box constantly and waste money. At first I found them uncomfortable but after awhile I got use to them. They are great for allowing easy ventilation through the nose. When I wake up in the morning, I feel refreshed and my mind feels clear. I would definitely recommend this if you're a mouth breather at night or have trouble breathing through the nose. I could see other applications for this as well, such as using it when meditating while focusing on breathing. Definitely makes breathing through the nose easier!
