The center recess cradles your neck gently and when you roll on your side there is thicker support to make up for laying on your shoulder. It is like a warm hug for the side of your face. 100% would buy again. I might even get a second one!

   I am a back sleeper and I am always on the lookout for a better pillow that will cradle my head, support my neck and align my body, as I sleep. I read many reviews for pillows and none seem to be without flaws: too soft, too hard, too hot, too low, too high, on and on. Clearly it seems that choosing a pillow is more difficult than choosing a spouse (and divorces from pillows occur much more frequently!).

   After searching for the perfect pillow for decades, even to the point of trying to invent my own prototype pillow, how wonderful to find that it's already here. The way this pillow is designed, your face doesn't get all squished up when you're on your side, and the space between your shoulder and your jaw gets filled in with fabulous comfort. AND it's customizable (I added more height to both sides and the cervical area. I got used to it in one night! I got the regular, but I'm going to also get a queen, just to see which I like better.

   The search for the perfect pillow has been ongoing in my household for years!!!. My husband is constantly complaining of his neck hurting. We tried the regular memory foam pillows a few years ago. We've rotated through three different versions. We have tried soft pillows, hard pillows, flat pillows, and fluffy pillows. I took a shot on this pillow because it was a different design but still had the memory foam feel. I hoped it would work for my very picky husband. It finally came and I was anxious to see if it would make the cut.

   I finally gave in and splurged on a supportive pillow like this after way too many nights of feeling uncomfortable and waking up with pain in my neck and shoulders. It took some getting used to since I am not used to such a structured pillow, but I found that it put me in the perfect position and found myself falling asleep much more easily with it. Plus since it conforms to the shape of my head and neck, it actually is quite comfortable after all. I love that it has a removable pillowcase to keep it clean, but I use my own regular pillowcase for aesthetic reasons and it works just fine on top of it. I definitely recommend this pillow if you are ready to have a more comfortable nights sleep.
