I wasn't sure if this would really work. I'm a nurse, so I'm a bit of a skeptic. Well, it works!! It says you should use 2-3 times a day and I'll admit that sometimes I just don't have time, but, it has helped the awful sinus headaches I was having. Was waking up with severe sinus headaches that turned into migranes 5-6 days a week. Since I got this a couple of weeks ago, I've only had one. (they begin while I'm asleep, so I know it isn't my imagination that it is working). I do notice less nasal stuffiness and I've been able to cut back a bit on my allergy meds (was taking 4 different allergy meds, now down to two). It didn't make all my sinus/allergy issues go away, but, has improved them substantially. Good product, will show my allergist at my next appointment.

But after few days of using I see visible difference. My symptoms didn't disappear but I feel much more better. I think that maybe after few days more they will disappear at all. I am using device twice daily. Each time for around 15 minutes. It is not uncomfortable feeling during treatment, don't worry ?? I prefer use a machine like this then to take a drugs which can have a dangerous side effects
