When in use, make sure to do it a few times a day and over time, you should see a noticeable difference. The buttons on the front and there are different modes you can choose from and also set the time. It runs off 3 AAA batteries as well.

   I always have issues with my sinuses and allergies. I ve even had surgery to remedy the problem. I use red light therapy and was intrigued by this device. After the first use I did feel a change and my inflammation from allergies seemed to be down. I ve used it a few times since then increasing duration each time. Overall I think this has been helping me as inflammation from allergies is a major problem for me.

   I saw one of these a long time ago at the pharmacy and online. Always thought it would be a gimmicky gadget. So never wanted to try one. But couple of years I've had to take more and more antihistamine tablets for my hayfever and allergies. I get blocked and runny nose. My wife suggested to try one of these because her cousin tried one and help a lot. So I got this one to try because this one not only had the LED for the nostrils but also has a the electrodes for the points on the nose to help with my problem. The straps help hold the pads in place. I've now tried it for a couple of weeks and religiously used it everyday. Using both the 10 minutes on the LED and 10 minutes on the electrodes. I used the low setting for this because it's only a slight tingling sensation. I tried the higher settings and its to strong for me. So far so good, I usually have to take 1 or 2 antihistamine tablets a day but after 2 weeks use I've not had to take tablets everyday. My nose is less blocked and definitely progress.
