   Not sure how to rate it yet. I've used these for years. This one is different. All my previous versions had big huge zapping effect on and near my ear. This one doesn't, but it has a very different effect. My vision moves left to right. It's like it has more deep current and less superficial current. I feel sensation deep in my head compared to my old one, which was much more shocking but local to my ear. I'm thinking it has better deep brain stimulation than my older version. This version also has black hard pads. My old version had soft circular cotton which I added salt water to each time. Salt water helps a lot. I'm using it right now. I'm going to rate it high. It does 8 zaps then 2 second pause and really stimulates my inner brain. One other big difference. My old one I could walk around. This one I have to lay down and use.

   Over the past 10 years, I've used an old Water Pik with a nasal adapter, as well as a NeilMed and a Neti Pot. This Hydro Pulse is a much easier way to use to irrigate my sinuses. I especially like being able to regulate the the pressure of the spray.

   This thing will absolutely wash your sinuses out and you don't have to have it full blast, there us a variable speed knob that you can adjust to suit you. Not only is this for your sinuses but you can also use it for an irritated throat. I like to mix the saline solution in a separate cup then microwave it a bit until it's warm and you can use that in your sinus or your throat to help relieve symptoms.

   It's also nice that it comes with two throat utensils and two nasal utensils that way if more than one person is using it you don't have to share the same ones. Clean up is also a breeze, every so often just run some distilled white vinegar through it followed by some hot water and you are good to go!
