   We bought 3 of these during 2020, because all 3 of us had to zoom from home. We used them daily for a little over a year. It's 2022, and we're still using them, though more like a couple of times a week to work in the evenings or on weekends. I had been skeptical about how well the legs and joints would last because they're made out of plastic and felt pretty lightweight. But they're still working as they did when they were new. The mouse plate has probably gotten the hardest usage. I broke one of the 3 by accidentally stepping on it and bending the metal. I wish the metal that wedges under the laptop tray were a little longer, because it would be easier to bend it back. But overall, these have been surprisingly durable with regular use. I'm no longer interested in buying things aren't going to last, so I thought this might be worth knowing for other folks who are similarly inclined. So many of the reviews on Amazon are from right after people purchase things, and have no bearing on the item's durability. It doesn't necessarily feel like a durable product when you first receive it, but it's done right by us so far.

   I think it's a great product. I really like it. It looks cool and really has a lot of freedom to adjust to your desired placement. If you are going to set it up for your desired hight and don't plan on adjusting it all the time then it's perfect. If you plan to adjust it all the time then It can be cumbersome as you need two hands to adjust it and it can feel kinda awkward. Also there are no rubber grips on the bottom legs so it can slide around on a smooth serface. Buy some of those if you intend on typing on the laptop keplyboard. I recommend this product, for the price. It doesn't ook cheap. It can feel cheap to the touch (plastic) but in all honesty it's not cheap plastic. I'm very happy with this product. Im even more happy that don't have to go looking for something better.

   It is a bit challenging to get the hang of the different settings for the legs, but once I got that figured out, it works great. The legs are plastic so wasn't impressed by that. One thing, I am buying a silicone mat the same size so my laptop doesn't slide if I move, otherwise it slides very easy. Not impressed with the mouse attachment at all. Again, a separate purchase of a mouse pad to put on top my help the connection as well. It is just awkward so I don't use it. This was a gift but I wouldn't buy it. I would look for a better one and pay a little more.

   It works perfectly for beds! Being disabled and in a pandemic means ive had nothing to do until I downloaded videogames on my laptop and that got very uncomfortable very quickly since I dont have a desk or room for a desk. I found this and when it arrived I was shocked at how light the box was. I could lift it with one hand. Its been surprisingly sturdy (even when im frustrated at the boss battles) and it folds down nicely so I can put it in a drawer when im done. The mouse add on does drift slightly down at an angle but if you just shift the desk back a little, the add on works just fine. Ive only ever tried it in the bed position so idk how well the other positions work but its been quite handy and im very pleased for the amount I spent on it.
