   Struggled w/planter fasciitis for months....tried everything!!!!! Including expensive dr's, orthodics, insoles, etc. These magnets actually gave me relief so that I can start running again. I wear them in a pair of socks so I can sleep with them. I also put them in my slippers and wear them as soon as I get home from work. I haven't been able to fit them into very many dress shoes.
