So I decided to buy this eye massager to see if it would help. Seems to work. The combination of heat, rolling "fingers", and air compression centered on your forehead and around the eyes do a pretty good job of eliminating the stress that was probably causing the occasional headaches. Can be programmed to do this in 3 modes - soft, medium and hard for about 15 minutes. And it will play music from your blue tooth phone. The frame is hinged and the head band is adjustable. Should fit just about anyone.

At first it was weird being on your actual eyes but it quickly started to massage with heat (optional). There is a timer so no need to fear about leaving it on. The controls are easy to use and believe me it worked amazing. Forgot to mention it has built in relaxing sounds but bluetooth connection if you wanted something more personal for sounds or music.
