The airbag design, combined with the heat, is not only relaxing, but it also does an excellent job of loosening the facial muscles and down through the neck. This design vibrates and makes a humming sound. I thought the noise would be annoying at first, but my brain began to sync with the humming, and even the humming is relaxing.
