   I purchased these for the purpose of making crumpets in large batches. I initially purchased nonstick metal rings, which were simply to hot to handle, and required scrubbing after each batch. The silicone rings pop the crumpets out with ease and no residue left in the ring, and the handles do NOT get too hot to handle. As long as you load the ring slowly, no batter leaks out, though I imagine for eggs this might be an issue. Really good overall, and easy to clean as any other silicone bakeware.

   These make the perfect size pancakes and eggs. You have to spend a few extra seconds to wash them in the corners but they are easily cleaned. They work best on a flat surface pan (one of ours is curved towards the edges) so we don't use that one. Otherwise, they are perfect!
