Hey, surgery tech here! I only bought these because all the techs on FB have been raving about them. These clippers are absolutely amazing if you’re working in the vet field! Extremely quiet, great battery life they don’t cut patients as much as our other pair do but if you dig in to the skin you can create a shave burn/rash, so be careful. They cut thick/wet/matted hair so well that my doctor requested a pair! They hold their own against the expensive clippers. I haven’t used them with a guard, not sure if there are any issues with hair clogging the guard. Highly recommend!

I’m a tech at a high volume spay/neuter clinic and animal shelter. I had heard about these clippers from vet tech groups on Facebook. For how cheap they were I figured it was worth a shot. I am obsessed and so are my coworkers. They are so quiet that my coworkers sometimes wonder what I’m doing in the induction room since they don’t hear anything! They are super small and fit in my pocket. They work sooo well. Fast, close shave. They are rechargeable with a USB cord and one charge lasts all the way through an 8 hour shifts of prepping surgery patients in a high volume clinic and then some. The quiet also works great for animals that are awake - they are so quiet that it doesn’t freak them out. I have been using these clippers for weeks now and they’re still sharp. You can buy replacement blades, but you can also buy 2-3 whole new clippers for the price of one replacement blade for the expensive clinic clippers. These are my personal clippers but my job is ordering some now because everyone loves my clippers so much. They come with grooming attachments but I am no groomer so I can’t comment on that! They are great for shaving and really no downsides. If you are a veterinary hospital, buy these for your clinic. If you are a vet tech, buy your own they are so cheap and you’ll love them. The only negative thing that I can say is that I wish they had more fun colors so that’s really a stretch. Buy these!
