I can say that this one is better than the other we bought if this is what you have in mind ; the way it moves "might" be good in confusing a bird as it take very little wind to make it move.

   I wanted something to try to keep the birds off my tomatoes and so far so good. This item shipped quickly, it's well made, easy to understand directions, and the best part, it looks beautiful. I bought two initially, gave one to my buddy to keep birds from landing (and pooping) on her railing of her front porch entry, and so far it seems to be doing the trick. (And it looks WAY better than the DVDs she had strung up). I like the Wind Spinner brand so much, I bought another one.
