Applies an even and smooth layer of paint and is so much faster than a regular roller. Keeping the roller horizontal is key to avoiding leaking.....and also not leaving a full roller lying still. This product is great. Works very well. Here are some tips. Make sure it's not over pumped as it will drip and bleed over the plastic protector. Remember to stay consistently wet. It may take 2-3 rolls to get the area painted. The plastic protector edge must be completely flat against the wall so excess paint stays inside. Stay centered and don't lean the handle to one side or another and you will have a consistent pattern. I simply watched the Wagner instructional video on YouTube. Hope that helps and good luck.
