While it's very useful for lifting my leg, I've also found it's a huge help when I'm laying or sitting because it helps me adjust my position. I use it to help me get into position for exercises, too. I'm already using it less than in the beginning, but I'm very thankful I've had it during these earliest days of my recovery.
