I saw this tool and decided to try it. It took me ten minutes to get out the old faucet. I was able to finally replace it. It works extremely well in tight spaces and I was able to remove the old one without having to crawl underneath the sink. Some people reviewed that it broke but I feel that this is very well made. If it breaks return it. I do not think it will. Just buy it. Make sure you save the picture provided with the tool. This is the only instructions but it was not hard to figure out.
