Please be careful with the shock option and make sure to try it on yourself first using a finger as instructed in the manual! You'll be surprised how intense it can get!

   We were extremely happy with this collar for the first month or so. Our dog responded well. The battery life is amazing. We maybe charge the collar once a week and the remote every 2 weeks. However one of the prongs that sit on your animals neck has broken so our dog now doesn't respond as well to it. BUT customer service contacted me immediately and replaced the collar all together. Highly recommend.

   I always seem to lose the remotes so I never invest a lot of money in the savings but the batteries on these ones are great and last for weeks and I use a daily works great simple to use. The only downside with this one for me is on the remote when I am out walking I cannot see the display at all when I adjust the levels for vibration.
